Not totally sure your artwork is ready to print? We’ve got you 🤍
We print hundreds of metres every single day across UV-DTF, DTF and Eco Solvent, so everything runs through an automated system to keep your turnaround times fast. Because of that, we don’t physically see your artwork before it’s printed – meaning if something’s off (like a white background, low-quality upload or sizing issue), we can’t catch it before it’s printed.
That’s where this little add-on comes in! Our Pre-Print Check Service gives your order a manual once-over by a member of our team before it hits the printer.
Choose from the following options:
• White Background Check – £2 per order
We’ll check your full order to make sure there aren’t any unwanted white backgrounds that could print.
• Quality Check – £2 per order
We’ll check that your images are 200dpi+ and not blurry or pixelated.
• Sizing Check – 50p per image
We’ll check each upload to make sure it’s sized correctly in line with your requests (please add a note at check out) and matches your order. Please add one of these to your basket for each image upload you need checking.
If our team spots any issues during your chosen check, we’ll email you with the details and credit your order in full so you can make any changes and reorder when you’re ready.
