Custom Design Upload Terms & Guidance

Before uploading your custom designs, please take a moment to read the following important information to make sure your order prints exactly as you expect.

1. Preview Accuracy
If a preview is shown on-screen, your design will print exactly as it appears in that preview. Our system automatically generates files ready for print, so we’re unable to make any amendments after payment has been completed. Please double-check everything before confirming your order.

2. Sizing Responsibility
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all sizes and proportions are correct prior to placing an order. Please make sure you’ve measured accurately and selected the correct size before proceeding with payment, as we cannot make adjustments once the order has been processed.

3. File Quality & Resolution
For best results, we recommend uploading graphics at 300 DPI (dots per inch). Lower-resolution files may appear blurry, pixelated, or distorted once printed.

4. Accepted File Types
Accepted file types vary depending on the product or print method. Please check the product description for accepted file types before uploading. If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable, please reach out to us at support@house-of-blanks.com and we’ll happily advise before you proceed.

5. Colour Accuracy
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on-screen due to monitor settings and the natural differences between digital and physical printing processes. We always aim to match colours as closely as possible but cannot guarantee a 100% exact match.

6. Types of Custom Printing Available
We currently offer a range of custom printing services, including:

• Solvent Sticker Printing (adhesive vinyl and labels)

• Solvent Printed PVC (banners, signage, and outdoor use)

• Custom Laser Cutting (bespoke shapes and engraved items)

• Digital Printing (certificates, business cards, booklets, and paper-based materials)

• UV-DTF Printing (direct-to-product, durable, high-quality transfers)

• DTF Printing (for fabric and apparel)

• Sublimation Printing (for compatible blanks and coated items)

7. Artwork Positioning & Bleed
Please ensure any important elements such as text or logos are not placed too close to the edge of your design. We recommend allowing at least a 3mm bleed area to avoid trimming or cut-off issues.

8. Copyright Responsibility
By uploading a file, you confirm that you have full rights and permission to use the imagery. House of Blanks accepts no liability for any copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-supplied artwork.

9. Upload Responsibility
All designs and imagery uploaded are considered approved for print once payment is made. We cannot be held responsible for errors, low-quality images, incorrect sizing, or the wrong file being uploaded. If you’re ever unsure, please contact us before completing checkout — we’d much rather double-check than risk a disappointing print.

10. No Amendments After Payment
As our system automatically generates print files from your uploaded artwork, no changes can be made after payment has been processed. Please ensure that everything is correct, clear, and exactly how you’d like it printed before finalising your order.

11. Upload Errors & Previews
If your design fails to upload or the preview does not display correctly, please do not proceed with checkout. Email support@house-of-blanks.com and we’ll assist you before the order is placed to make sure everything runs smoothly.

12. File Retention & Privacy
Uploaded files are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and may be securely stored for reprints or quality checks. Files are never shared, reused, or distributed without your permission.
