How do we order?
All orders are to be placed via our website: www.house-of-blanks.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Klarna, ClearPay & Apple/GooglePay.
How much is shipping?
£3.50 for 48h, £5.00 for 24h & £8.00 for Special Delivery by Royal Mail. This doesn’t changed based on quantity ordered - even if we have to send multiple boxes!
Do you ship internationally?
We do - we offer both small parcel & UV-DTF only shipping to Ireland only at the moment. International shipments are dispatched within 1-7 working days. For larger parcels, contact must be made to us to request a custom postage quote to avoid delays in dispatch. 
What’s your minimum order?
We don’t have one! You can order as much or as little as you’d like (we don’t judge!)
How do I contact you?
We have two methods of communication - phone calls & email. Texts, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp & any other platform is not monitored and you may not receive a response.
I missed something from my order, what can I do?
We don't accept add-ons to orders at the moment unfortunately. A new order will need to be placed. 
What is your turnaround?
We work as quickly as possible to get orders out the door with most orders leaving us same day, we do however have live dispatch times on the website and we’ll always work within a 48h timescale but during busier times, it may be 1-7 working days. 
I haven’t received an order confirmation, what do I do?
Order confirmations are generated automatically by our system. Please check your junk/spam inboxes - it will be sent to the email used at checkout.
I haven’t received a response to an email, what can I do?
The only way to contact us is via email (support@house-of-blanks.com) or via our dedicated Admin - House of Blanks Facebook inbox. 
There is something missing from my order, what do I do?
Report it via email. Please note, this MUST be done within 48 hours. Anything outside of that timescale cannot be investigated properly and will not be compensated.

Do you take pre-orders?
No. Never. We will publish items or sell items that are not physically stocked with us and in our warehouse. Pre orders hold to much first for both us and you. Keep the money in your pockets and pay upon arrival into stock! All of our stock is ready to ship.
Something I want it out of stock, how do I know when it’s coming back?
Please use the ‘notify me when available’ option on the website and you’ll get a text/email as soon as we pop it back into stock!
I haven’t received my tracking information, what do I do?
Give us a call or pop us an email, we’ll happily resend it - please do check your junk/spam though!
Where are you based and do you allow collections?
We’re based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire & we allow pre-arranged collections 7 days a week.
I commented with a question about my order and you haven’t responded…We cannot respond to order specific questions on Facebook. This breaches multiple levels of GDPR & confidentality. Not to mention how easy it is for us to miss them. Please don’t be offended, we aren’t being difficult but these must be emailed or called in - for your sake & ours. Order specific comments will be deleted.
Can we use your photos to advertise?
Yes yes and yes! Any photos by myself or on the website can be shared on your business pages unless stated otherwise/watermarked. Just please don’t share them on supplier forums.
I no longer need the items I’ve received, can I return them?
No, we are a business-to-business supplier so we don’t accept refund requests unfortunately.
How do I make a complaint?
To raise a complaint, or bring an issue to our attention - we require you to send an email to our email address: support@house-of-blanks.com - from there, a member of the team will acknowledge your complaint within 72h. 
I want to cancel my order, I’ve changed my mind.
We work on an incredibly quick dispatch timescale and as soon as we begin to process your order we purchase postal labels, we are also charged transaction fees from the website for all orders received so we unfortunately cannot cancel orders.
I’ve put the wrong address, what do I do?
Please call us as a matter of urgency - we’ll do our best to amend this but we can never guarantee this as it’s out of our control.
