Our Acrylic Cut Sheets are designed for customers who want full control over their shapes.

You upload your own pre-laid sheet and we cut it exactly as supplied, then send the finished pieces back to you as individual acrylic shapes.

How to upload your file

Your file must be uploaded as a PNG
All shapes must be solid black only
Canvas size must be exactly 28cm x 58cm
Background must be transparent
Shapes must be pre-sized exactly as you want them cut
Any holes, cut-outs or inner details must already be included in your design

We cut directly from your file. No amendments, resizing, spacing changes or clean-ups are made before cutting, so please double check everything carefully before uploading.

Important to know

This is a cut-only service. We do not adjust files prior to cutting.
It is your responsibility to ensure all lines are clean, smooth and high quality. Low-resolution files, rough edges or uneven paths will result in rough or bumpy cut edges.
Shapes are cut exactly as supplied, including spacing between items.
Your sheet will be cut and supplied as individual loose shapes.
