What is your current dispatch time?
Our current dispatch time is always shown in the banner at the top of our website, so please check this before ordering.
Do you dispatch same day?
We always do our best to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, but this is not guaranteed.
When will I get tracking?
Tracking is emailed automatically once your order has been dispatched.
Where can I collect from?
Collections are from House of Blanks Limited, Unit 1, 83 to 101 Anston Avenue, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 7HU.
When can I collect my order?
Please only collect once you have received your ready to collect email.
What are your collection times?
Collections are available between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
What file type should I upload?
We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds for the best results.
What quality should my artwork be?
We recommend uploading the highest quality file possible. Low quality or blurry files may print blurry.
Will you edit my artwork?
Files are printed exactly as supplied unless a design service has been purchased.
What is DTF?
DTF stands for Direct To Film. It is a full colour transfer that can be applied to fabric using a heat press.
How do I apply DTF?
Press the transfer onto your garment using the recommended temperature, time and pressure for your fabric. Allow it to cool slightly, peel the film away, then repress to help seal the design.
What can DTF be used on?
DTF can be used on many fabric items including clothing, bags, aprons and other textile based products.
What is UV DTF?
UV DTF is a full colour adhesive transfer designed for smooth hard surfaces. It gives a bright, glossy finish without needing heat.
How do I apply UV DTF?
Clean your surface, peel away the backing, place the transfer carefully, rub firmly over the full design, then slowly peel away the top film.
What can UV DTF be used on?
UV DTF works best on smooth hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, ceramic and coated products.
How do I access my Digital Drive?
Access details are emailed after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot locate the email.
Can I share my Digital Drive access?
No, Digital Drive access is licensed to the purchaser only.
Can I sell products using the designs?
Yes, as long as usage follows the licence terms supplied with the drive.
How do I contact you?

How quickly do you reply?
We are usually very speedy, but replies can sometimes take up to 2 working days if we need to investigate your query properly.
Why do some replies take longer?
Some queries need us to check order notes, production records, courier information or CCTV before we can give you the right answer.
