Hello lovelies! 

We are currently preparing to move into our new premises after 6 months of operating from 2 units, with incredibly limited space and a lot of stress and chaos!

We expect for the move to take place around the end of February and with this in mind, we have implemented temporary extended timescales to both our dispatch timescales and our response timescales during this interim period of transition. 

Dispatch Timescales:

We have temporarily increased our dispatch timescale to up to 7 working days. We will always do everything in our power to dispatch orders quicker than this, however as a safety blanket for both you and us - please bare this in mind when placing an order. 

Response Timescales: 

We have temporarily increased our response timescales to up to 5 working days. In order to help us with ensuring you get a response as quickly as possible, please can we request that the following steps are taken: 

• Please utilise the 'notify me when available' function on the website for stock updates. At the moment, we are unable to provide accurate restock dates and to limit the volume of emails, we kindly direct you to this feature to avoid disappointment. 
• Please ensure that all mandatory documentation is supplied within your email when it relates to an order. We require a photograph of your picking sheet, a photograph of the full order you have received and a photograph of all packaging including the label to investigate anything order related.

Please take notice of the following dates:

• 26th of February: last date for custom orders pre-move
• 29th of February: last date for standard orders pre-move
• 3rd of March: website will reopen for some insaaaaane value mystery boxes only
• 11th of March: our intended reopening date

We understand that the above may be inconvenient however this is a necessary measure to further improve the level of service we provide, and will lead to us ultimately being able to permanently lower timescales across the board - our new premises are a huge 12,000ft as opposed to the 2,000sqft that we are currently operating from! We have some incredibly exciting announcements to follow shortly after our move and we're incredibly grateful for the insane level of support we receive daily.
