Instructions for use:
- Lint roll your garment to ensure that any debris is removed
- Pre-heat your press/mini/iron (heat will depend on the garment - for cotton, we use approximately 150c)
- Press your design for 30-40 seconds
- Wait until the film & garment are cooled to room temperature
- Once they have cooled, remove the transfer sheet
- Apply a Teflon sheet to the top of your design
- Re-press for 5 seconds
