CUSTOM DTF TRANSFER

• We make sure the process of uploading and receiving your prints is as easy as possible - to ensure that your prints are fulfilled without cancellation or delay, please ensure that uploads are submitted with transparent backgrounds in a PNG format. 
• We will always aim to get your orders out within the specified timescales displayed at the top of the website (1-5 working days), however please do allow additional time for custom prints during busier times. 
• We do not alter, adjust, warp or resize your designs in any capacity. Uploads are printed exactly as they are approved via the gang sheet builder. Please double check your sizing, and quality of your images prior to approving, confirming and payment being made. 

Instructions for use: 

1. Lint roll your garment to ensure that any debris is removed 
2. Pre-heat your press/mini/iron (heat will depend on the garment - for cotton, we use approximately 150c)
3. Press your design for 30-40 seconds
4. Wait until the film & garment are cooled to room temperature 
5. Once they have cooled, remove the transfer sheet 
6. Apply a Teflon sheet to the top of your design
7. Re-press for 5 seconds 

All DTF Transfers are cool-peel, meaning the film & garment need to cool before you remove the transfer sheet. They will not adhere if you attempt to remove them hot-off-the-press.
