Same Day Dispatch Terms of Service

By selecting the Same Day Dispatch option at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Cut-Off Time:

• Same Day Dispatch is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will fall into the next working day’s dispatch cycle.

2. Fulfilment Guarantee:

• We guarantee that eligible Same Day Dispatch orders will leave our warehouse the same working day.
• In the extremely rare event that we cannot fulfil this guarantee, we will offer a full refund for your order, including the Same Day Dispatch fee.

3. Courier Responsibility:

• Once your order has been dispatched, it is passed to the courier for delivery. While we always aim for the quickest possible arrival, delivery times are subject to the courier’s service and not within our control, this is incredibly rare.

4. Non-Refundable Service:

• The £3.50 Same Day Dispatch fee is non-refundable once the order has been successfully dispatched on the same day, even if delivery takes longer than expected due to courier delays - these are incredibly rare but they are unfortunately outside of our control.
