Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the times specified on the header of our website - this is usually 1-2 working days. During busy periods, this may be longer and will be advised at the top of our page.

Delivery options are as follows:

Royal Mail 48H - £3.50

Royal Mail 24H - £5.50

Special Delivery - £8.50

Collections

We allow customers to pickup their orders from our unit, before making the journey please contact us beforehand so we can have your order ready for collection.

Open Box

We also operate an open box system to allow our customers to build their orders without paying multiple lots of postage. When you check out as an open box, your order will not be physically shipped.

• Step 1: Check out for your order using Open Box at checkout - you will only be charged 50p for this 
• Step 2: Repeat the above step as many times as required to build your order
• Step 3: When you're ready to receive your order and pay postage, simply check out using the Close Box option at checkout - your order will then be shipped

Once your order has been placed, it is confirmed. As a business to business supplier, we will not issue refunds due to change of heart.
